Slip forming
A whole new district was built on the former site of the military hospital in Berchem in Antwerp. This was with the aim of obtaining a green and low-traffic environment. Mols Contractors NV took responsibility for the last phase of the area construction. The works include various concrete paths and squares, drainage works and the construction of tree areas and verges. It was decided to start construction at the same time as the construction of the flat blocks in order to reduce the lead time.
